Cloudify Fully ManagedCloud Services
Specific deliverables will include:
- Full service management, cloud engineering, process and architectural support
- Guaranteed 99.97% uptime under normal circumstances. Penalties built for outages
- Multi-Tier Support Structure using a blended rate that includes either:
- 2 hours of Tier III (top level engineering) support per week.
- 4 hours of Tier II (mid-level engineering) support per week.
- 8 hours of Tier I (basic engineering) support per week.
- Unlimited (non-business critical) email support. (Basic questions and answers, information and administrative support with a 24-72 hour response time.)
- Disaster recovery with a 24 hour RTO/RPO.
Cloudify Assumed duties will include:
- Automated monitoring and routine maintenance of the core development, staging, DR, and instance and associated virtual and/or physical infrastructure.
- Ensuring production site is live and operational under normal circumstances.
- Kicking off DR activity to notify customer and begin recovery process.
- Checking site performance metrics (bi-annually) and advising customer on possible approaches for improvement (this is included as a core service).
- Interfacing with Marketing and Web Development teams to ensure environment is ready and able to receive code and content updates.
